- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional costs apply)
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional costs apply)
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 7-14 business days (additional costs apply)
Shipping Carriers

- The chosen carrier will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the destination of your order.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- OgroHyon Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Please ensure that your P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is correct to avoid delays.
